The FinLab's Smart Business Transformation Programme is for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to innovate and digitalise for growth. It aims to equip SME owners with tools to increase revenues, raise productivity and expand to new markets, while leveraging on curated technology solutions to do so.
Since 2018, the programme has enabled the digitalisation of businesses in ASEAN, namely Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. The businesses that participated in the programme come from a variety of sectors such as wholesale trade, retail, construction, food and beverage (F&B), logistics, healthcare and tourism.
